Idgie. Designs by Erin Russo respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, commission work or contact the studio, and how we use and protect it.

- Project and order details needed to deliver commissions.
- Basic, anonymous usage data collected through cookies to improve the site.
We use your information only to respond to enquiries, fulfil projects and improve your experience. We never sell your personal data, and we share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the site and process payments.

Commissions & Projects
Scope, timelines, fees and usage rights for each commission are set out in a separate written agreement. Work begins once that agreement is confirmed. If it conflicts with these terms, the project agreement takes priority.

Payments & Cancellations
Payment terms, including any deposits and refunds, are set out in your project agreement or at the point of purchase. If a project is cancelled, fees for work already done may still be due.

This site and its content are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or its services.
